i think it might be weird that i consider list-making a form of self indulgence.
oh well. my wish list for cooking experiments

    but! a useful list to keep in mind for the future.

    PS: I know what you mean about making lists. I think I like doing it too much, as it's a great way to avoid responsibility...

  2. and also a good way to mourn real kitchen supplies. our selection grows slowly here as we add a cheesegrater here or a weird knife there, but oh, a food processor, a food processor, my country for a food processor
